The cottage La Pinède is located at the back of the villa. It has an outdoor terrace
elevated 28m ², not overlooked, overlooking the pine forest.
It is composed of 2 rooms equipped each with a shower :
- Savannah fitted with 160cm bed and a 90cm bed
- the Mediterranean with bed of 180cm and a bed of 90cm
The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, oven, microwave and refrigerator.
